Our goal is to ensure that you receive all your orders the soonest time as possible. Holidays and unforeseen circumstances aside, such as extreme weather conditions, flooding, etc., products will arrive within three to five business days after you placed an order. Once we shipped your order through our courier partner, we will send you an email with the tracking information.

We ship our products internationally (including Canada, United Kingdom and Australia). Please note however, that for orders made outside the USA, shipping costs may be applied depending on the availability of shipping options per country. 

If there are customs fees due for bringing outside products to your country, they are under your responsibility, as we don't have any control or detailed information over what the rules and regulations are for each country.

Delivery Policy

Our products ships from the USA and orders made outside the USA generally take up to 2 weeks to 4 weeks to arrive, depending on your location. Your products will likely be processed first through customs.

We do not get informed about how long your products will be in customs, nor do we have any control over the duration of customs checks and charges. If you notice a delay or have any inquiries about your shipping, please reach out to your local post office for further information and updates.
