it has been right at a month that I’ve been taking gleeful. I’ve been taking it morning and night to get into my system and let me tell you the results have been amazing.

Before, when I would experience a hot flash, my entire entire body would be drenched in sweat and the night sweats would result in having to get up and change out of clothes and strip my bed sheets! No joke!

With in the first 2 weeks I noticed that my hot flashes had diminished by half of what they were. My night sweats were now just getting hot and not sweating.

Now a month later, I haven’t had a night sweat in about three weeks my hot flashes. I just now get hot for a few minutes that I don’t break out into a sweat.

Since I am not getting up multiple times during the night, I am more energetic during the day because I am getting sleep which is very important.
