I have been using Estro Harmony and Hormone support for over a year now and I have to say I don’t usually leave reviews but these products amazing!!!I have endometriosis and had many surgeries so had to do hysterectomy so At 39 got into menopause which was very difficult to deal with symptoms It helped so much with my symptoms and I lost 45 lbs in a year. Recommended to many of my friends that are starting to go to menopause

My hot flashes are gone and I'm sleeping well, the only thing I haven't seen much weight loss with it. I'm just on my 2nd bottle
